Evidently the only way a FG is reviewable is if it is NOT above the uprights - which would be the only reason that one would need to be reviewed.
Potential scenario - a FG goes right next to the top of an upright and is called wide. They review it and see that it was actually inside the upright, but also slighty above it. So upon further review, the field goal was good, but the review would show that the play was unreviewable. Call stands.
