Now that we pay them, not anymore now they we pay them. They are professionals and some of them on this team do not have a winning mentality. They need to be gone.

They get paid now, gone are the days of protecting kids. They are essentially pros now in a minor league level.

We did not play aggressively on offense. Once I saw a few runs/catches where we went out of bounds instead of planting the foot and getting the extra yard(s), I knew we weren't serious.

Dumb take. Fast AF WR that is 5'9, 165# has no business lowering his shoulder on the sidelines when he's already gotten the First down.

Yep. The college football landscape changed. Players demanded pay for play. Guess what? You cull when you see/know it's not working and try another.
