Played a sloppy game at home. Yes the wind affected the game - but for both teams.

Our loss came down to the same issue that caused the loss to t.u. to end the regular season.

Reed's accuracy has plagued him all season, but often times he would find his groove. Today (just like vs t.u.) he was off target almost all game with some decent throws in the last drive until the INT. Good or bad, Reed is a Kellen Mond 2.0. He's a good, but not great QB. Hopefully he will continue to improve over time as a QB like Mond did. But Reed may be close to his ceiling all ready.

Our run game. I know we were facing a tough defensive front versus Miami, but surely we could've invested more in pounding between the tackles and play action off of it. It should've been the obvious early that Moss wasn't 100% back to game shape. But we certainly could've done more with O-line we had.

Run defense - this has been an issue to small and large degrees all season. It eventually caught up to us vs t.u. & Miami. Last year Elko was pissed about our poor secondary coverage. This year he better be equally pissed off about our run defense as we got gouged for huge runs all season.


Honorable mention - unforced penalties and kick game hurt us at key times in the game.
