Myyyyyy God. Baffling!! Where was our all powerful O Line. No push no nothing!!!! No run game.... Where in the **** were our 2 bad ass tight ends all game????? Not there fault! They were not in the script....Nevermind. We have the most bizarre weirdest freaking college football team in the history of the sport!!!! Here we are at Kyle Field, with all the usual mythical hype, and cannot score a ****ing touchdown. And on a side note...... bubble screens and plays that go east and west don't generally work. All the sudden we are running those plays today????? And ...kinda a conflict of interest with the kstate coach calling our game.

Should have never let Kline coach this game.
QB couldn't hit the broad side of a barn.
Run scheme was atrocious.
Passing scheme was awful especially with the wind.
Stage was too big and once again our stars where a no show in a big game.
Really bad game plan imho with 3 weeks to prepare.

I love that our crowd is so into the game, but Kyle is not an intimidating place for good teams. We may be noisy, but we don't impact outcomes when the stakes are high.

Reed drank the rat poison and for as much as we pretend it is...Kyle Field is NOT intimidating.
Because our oline isnt actually great, they are seasoned and SHOULD be great on paper. When in actual games we have been good, not great. Also QB play was quite bad.

Good lord. Kyle is as intimidating as any place in the country. At some point though, the team has to show up. The fans can't score points.
When you overpay underachieving coaches and players, this can be the result. They are comfortable with what they are getting and it all pays the same, win, lose, or draw.
I was at the game, and they never showed a replay of KC's catch and run down to the 5-yard line. It sure looked like, in person, he had a chance to score or get damn close. I know the clock was an issue so maybe he had that in mind. But a lot of people around me were like me and wondered why he didn't make a better effort to score there. Did we just not have a good enough angle to tell?

Could have tried to cut and split defenders. Given what we've seen from him, maybe but not obvious.
Watching the last play, Bethel Roman was way more open for a TD. Marcel does a better job at progression it's a TD. But let's be honest, he never will…

Klein has never worked with what we have had.
He has always wanted to make what we have into what he wants.
It hasnt worked and he never was able to coach up players to doing what he wanted. That isnt a player issue. That's coaching

I know Elko has to publicly support his players, but if he really believes that Reed is the answer at QB and York is an SEC caliber LB, etc, etc then he's not the guy. I hope he realizes we need to upgrade at key positions on this team. He made significant improvements from year 1 to year 2. He needs to make another leap in year 3.
That loss had nothing to do with CK. We couldn't finish a drive for 4 quarters, and put up a TD...that's on the QB, not the OC.
Especially when you throw game ending interceptions.
I've rooted for Reed all year, but his accuracy is just not where it should be at this level. He constantly makes receivers leave their feet to get to the ball, and clearly gets rattled under pressure.
He's a great athlete, but unless his accuracy improves, He isn't going to find allot of success outside of the occasional scramble.
Especially when you throw game ending interceptions.
