Sure they gave up some frustrating runs. But in what world do you lose a game at home holding #10 in the country to 10 points…and that wasn't until late. Proof that good D keeps you competitive.

Today is on Klein and the all the offense. False starts killed drives. Roman had a crucial pass hit him in the hands he dropped. Busted play resulted in fumble. Reed was less than stellar.

But you have to wonder if we don't commit a stupid penalty and score early how today goes?

They play with effort. Elko dials up great schemes. But we do not have elite talent. Take a page from Tech and recruit elite Dline and Linebackers in the portal. They transformed themselves in one year through the Portal. Lots of talk about QB, but we need to open up the NIL checkbook for Dline, and a couple of Oline.

Yeah if someone had told me before the game that we hold Miami to 10. I'd have bet about $5k that the Ags win that game.

3 points is so rough…. The coaches and team (especially Marcel) I'm sure are embarrassed about that performance.

It's cliche, but you have to win the turnover battle. We did not and Marcel threw another brutal 4th quarter interception that cost us.

Will be interesting to see where things go from here.

Defense was solid. Giving up big inside runs started game 1 and we were able to work around it until the last 2 games. I would have guaranteed a win had you told me we would only give up 10 points.

When framed like that it hurts even worse. I know Miami's front was salty, but damn. There's no excuse for not scoring a single TD at Kyle in the biggest game in... well forever. It's incredibly disappointing to see us regress so hard.
