I've never heard this guy talk until just now. He's an interesting interview that seems to enjoy it. A unique interview style.

He is what is good about college football. He's a really good QB and seems like a good kid. That combination typically excels because there's very little stubbornness, entitlement, and ego to get in the way of improving.
