Which curse no call penalty is is worse? And which cost us the most?

The missed blatant targeting call at the end of the game was worse
I disagree that it was targeting in the Miami game.KCup17 said:

I don't recall the game situation (score, time left, etc.) for the Manziel horse collar against Auburn, but I remember thinking it was a really big deal at the time.

Manuel was tackled inside the 10 maybe closer to the 5. If the horse collar call had been made we score and win. But the targeting on Owen's in the end zone cost us an OT game at least

Wouldn't knocking yourself out cold be an "indicator of targeting"?

The back judge in the 2012 lsu game made some of the worst calls as mentioned in the text above. I figured he had a son on the lsu team as he made calls that defied common sense

The penalty would have put us near the goal line and we would have scored and won the game. It was near the end of the game.

Not only that but didn't Johnny get a little hurt and came out for a play or 2 after that? That absolutely impacted the outcome.
