How does this work exactly? Will most of these guys be on campus and taking classes (somewhat, lol) and therefore most of the activity should be done within a week?

don't quote me in this but i think k the portal is only open for a few weeks which coincides with spring semester classes

I read they have two weeks to enter portal... not necessarily be signed. Still, I'm working under the assumption that most will be signed, in school, & with the team by the start of the semester.
