Wow - this is a bit of a surprise. I wish nothing but the absolute best for this young man.

I am worried for him though. While hard working, high IQ, his speed and ability to recover in a play are sub-par for the SEC, much less the NFL. I'm not sure he gets drafted, or makes an NFL lineup if he does.

I would think he would be better off staying in college, competing for a LB position each year, and getting some level of NIL dollars. I'm concerned hes gotten some bad career advice.

Don't for one second think he goes undrafted.

I wish him all the best. If he gets drafted, it will be late. I think he would have benefited by staying for his senior year.

First off old news. Second off he is expected as of now to be a 3rd round pick. My guess is he will be gone by round 5 unless he bombs at the combine.

It will very hard for York at 5'10'' to make an NFL roster, but I hope he is the exception.
His wits and speed overcame a lot in college ball, it will be a bigger test in the NFL.

London Fletcher was an exception at 5 11 maybe York will be an exception.

There is already another thread about this. I think York will be a 3rd or 4th round draft pick.
