Bring him back. Manziel. Mayfield. Mahomes. Even Murray. That is who Reed and this offense needs.

He'd be gone in 2 years and another OC. 5 in 6 or 7 years. Need an offensive identity

Kliff's bad playcalling was bailed out by a once in a generation duo of talent coupled with an incredible offensive line. Johnny's magic came after busted play calls from kingsbury. JMHO.

The offense that KK built around Manziel's talent was simply mind-blowing.
Every single play was basically making one or two coverage guys to commit to stopping JFF from running for one million yards or passing to an open receiver.
It hadn't been seen in college football at that level in 2012.
If you are concerned about a few bad play calls, and attribute all of KK's success or failure on that, I think you are missing the bigger picture.

I think you missed the picture. Many, if not most, of JFF big plays were after the called play didn't work and JFF did his JFF thing. It's well documented (by the Duke DL) that the entire second half of that comeback was JFF basically saying Eff that to the play call and calling his own plays. KKs offense looses the Duke game (and probably half a dozen other games) were it not for JFF. The fact that KK has fallen on his face almost everywhere since is proof enough of that. Do not want KK at A&M, but wish him well in whatever he does.
