First I have seen of RB visits. Looks like the visit did not go great as he "tweaked" his schedule to add another visit.

Any news indicating we will continue to pursue another RB? Any other RB visits scheduled to date?

I don't think these two things are synonymous. I know we're debating war because Texas Tech involved and that's their move.

Obviously into the portal to get a good NIL deal for him just going out of several visits figure out which one doesn't make him a primadonna just makes him a business man.

I haven't seen anything negative about Coleman outside of a few Auburn folks.

What about the UW RB, Adam Mohhamed? I thought he visits lined up with us and Virginia? NVM...read he signed with Cal yesterday...

Many say no, we don't need a RB. I think we do esp in need of a big, bruising back and put the room at 6RBs (typically what they like to carry as we have been injury prone there in Elkos 1st 2 years…owens, moss, amari all dealt w various degrees of major/minor that forced them out of being able to play).

Do think they are looking for a value play and top option was the UW back for size. Not sure who else they are considering or if they'll wait for next window or if someone appears next week.

Think Tigre can become the bigger back option, but he's also coming back from injury last year.

Personally, I think you take Washington and if Owens left it wouldn't break my heart. You would have Washington, Morrow, Ridden and the two freshmen backs. I think Washington is a big upgrade over Owens

Yes, we for sure need another RB. Even in a complimentary role, Owens hasn't shown he can stay healthy. That's puts us in a very inexperienced spot if and when he goes down

Translation: he is no different than every other high profile player in this ridiculously screwed up system.

He's only a prima donna if EVERY school tells him to get lost. If even one caves and offers it to him, it's worth it for him to request it. Supply and demand.

He last minute decommitted because we fired our coach the season before he was going to join our program. Haven't heard much about attitude problems regarding him and the $4M # is what Tech threw at him.

Tech has nothing but money to throw at players because they are located in the butt hole of Texas.

Back to the topic of Washington. I would love for us to sign him. He was an absolute monster at Franklin.
