Horton has been productive in two systems with (2) QB's no better no worse than Marcel Reed.
The A&M offense needed a big target for 50/50 throws last season.
Last year everything depended on KC timing his leap in the end zone.
Last year's WR's were awesome but similar in size.
Horton is a bigger blocker, and more disruptive on crossing routes, and can beat up opposing corners.
He could be the difference maker.

I hope Jerome Myles can stay healthy and pan out.

I wouldn't add in the transfer TEs as really adding new height for Marcel Reed to target. He always had that with the outgoing TEs.
