Sumlin got worse every year...

Regardless of what happens this year, these programs are on completely different trajectroy's!!!!

No... Elko winning 9 games this season would be similar to Sumlin having back to back 11 win seasons which he never did.

I get it, but this doesn't highlight the difference. Jimbo was a great recruiter that could not develop talent. Elko seems to have had success developing players (evidenced by the draft picks)

i think the biggest difference between sumlin, jimbo, and now elko is elko is able to recruit at this level while getting players that actually fit our program and personality. he is able to recruit at this level without taking risks on players who are bad people.

for those reasons he is ahead of both jimbo and sumlin.
