Maui Jim prescriptions usually arent covered by insurance anymore and are extremely expensive.

I always get MJ prescription glasses and can confirm both things: my insurance covers them and they are expensive. Only certain frames can take the prescriptions.

Looked into prescription lens changeout and was not worth it to me.

Still have these and have not worn them. Price update OBO.
