Backstory: This house was my wife's grandmother's house, and she recently passed away. The house is located on my in-laws land and they are wanting to sell it, but they are not very internet savvy people, so I'm trying to help them out by posting it on the internet for them in a few different places/platforms. This is a "tiny home", not a traditional mobile home/trailer home. They are built to be a lot more sturdy/durable and lot nicer than a traditional mobile home/trailer home, but it DOES have axles underneath that wheels can be bolted onto for transportation. (Movers bring their own wheels)
This house is 4 years old, but my wife's grandma only lived in it for about a year before remarrying and then moving in with her new husband, so it has almost zero wear and tear inside. It still looks brand new.
House will be disconnected from sewer, water, and power for buyer to move it.
Price: Brand new, this same model from the manufacturer starts at around $110k. I've found a few resellers online that have them listed around $95k. My inlaws are asking $80k for it, but are probably negotiable a bit from there (within reason). There is no lien on the home, it is owned outright.
