Just happened to see this thread. We actually just bought the same chairs, but my wife decided to go a different way.

I was about too start the Amazon return for these but if you want em I'll keep the $200 price just to not have to deal with the return.

I honestly don't know. I think that is a pretty standard discount rate. A lot of places only offer 10%
