Can they be bolted up, on a small cargo trailer?

These were on a boat trailer with 14" wheels. If your cargo trailer is similar then they should fit. They are aluminum and will bend in or out slightly to fit as needed. There is no part number. Simply tandem axle fenders. They are common and simple. Not a lot to em....
