Looking for a male roommate to share a 3 bed / 3.5 bath townhome with garage in Pershing Pointe with my son and his roommate.
This home is best suited for someone who prefers a calm, respectful, and low-key living environment. The current roommate is academically focused, keeps the space clean and orderly, and values a quiet academically conducive environment during the week. It's an ideal fit for an engineering, graduate, or otherwise serious student who appreciates privacy and a comfortable shared space. Occasional guests are welcome, but are looking for someone who is mindful about keeping shared spaces study-friendly.
