It looks like UEFA has chosen to name the three women that officiated the Women's world cup final to officiate the UEFA super cup.

Is this a good thing or just a SJW PR stunt?

Its a PR stunt IMHO. She has never worked a single EUFA match. Not even a Europa League qualifier.

The pk call was soft but overall I thought she called a decent game. No better/worse than the typical Uefa match.

She blew the PK. I'm not even certain it was a foul much less a soft one. And I'm pretty sure she should have called handling early on the Sane kick. The change in the Law is all about making yourself bigger and hands in the air or above the shoulder. But there was no way in the world she was ever getting overruled by VAR. Not on any call.

I was being nice and knowing that if I started off saying she screwed Pool out of two goals I probably would have been dismissed as being too emotionally invested.

I thought her Pk in the WWC post VAR was soft and this PK today wasn't even a foul.

Sane's handball looked to be in his body frame and if it didn't hit his hand would've hit his body.
I may have missed it tho as I was working.

I thought she handled it well.

She did fine while I was watching but I apparently missed the good stuff.


I will also note that one of the ARs had a huge rack. I'm 100% in favor of well endowed women running up and down the sidelines.
