Too pumped up after the win today. Figured I'd start this thread a little early.

Bayern needs to get their defense back in order otherwise it could be a long day with Mbappe and Neymar running by. Had a rough showing today for sure. Although Bayern's midfield and wingers (not to mention the best #9 going right now) might be too much for PSG to handle.

Prediction?

As unfounded as it might be, I'll stand by my discussion of rest on the other thread and pick PSG, although I'd definitely prefer to see Bayern win.

Bayern are like Bama... I always end up rooting for them outside of league play, but I think they're even particularly more fun to watch this year than recent years. Flick is a heck of a coach. And not having to see that Grade A turd, Franck Ribery helps too.

PSG will do what Lyon did and just blow too many easy chances. Will go into the half 1-0 but floodgates will open around 60-65 minutes.

Definitely conflicted with my prediction here. Feeling very confident with the mentality Bayern has carried through this tournament, and they are incredibly hungry for the trophy. That high back line scares me w/ Boa and Alaba racing back with Mbappe/Neymar.

Bayern is the stronger, deeper side. PSG has the star power.

At the end of the day, I'm biased af, so give me:

FC Bayern Muenchen: 4
PSG: 2

It would have been a pretty soft PK. I don't think it's wrong to call it with the arm in the shoulder but it wasn't a bad pull down either. Even Bayern wasn't protesting that much.

The fact that he went down after he had pretty clearly gotten by the defender and his contact made it look more like a dive than a foul too.
