Believe she will play at LFB.

Overall had a really nice shift. Gave up a really unlucky deflection for the first US goal but otherwise she just continues to be consistent. Also had several moments where she was able to carry the ball up the left side and try to flip the attack like she did so often for us during college. Probably hung on a touch too long a few times and lost possession, but I'm excited to have her back in the US and see how she continues to develop at OL Reign.

No, the Olympics is a small field so only 2 teams out of CONCACAF qualify which are the US and Canada.

I don't think the WNT will miss either of you "fans". First, everyone complains about kneeling. Next, when they don't kneel, it's complaints about not facing the flag. You don't need to tell everyone you're not supporting the team by posting on the thread. Just don't watch them?

They seem to be getting plenty of attention from a bunch of people on this site who claim to "be done with women's soccer" and to "never watch again"

I didn't say you couldn't do it. I just said there's a lot of people here who seem to want to spend their time b****ing about people that in the same breath they say they're done with. Be friggin done already. This thread wasn't even about the USWNT. It WAS about Aggie legend Jimena Lopez.
Who by the way, had another really solid game tonight. One of my favorite moments was actually Jimena coaching up her center back after the Lloyd goal. On the play, Jimena stayed with Heath as Heath crossed to the front post, Lloyd slipped in behind to the empty space but the center back didn't drop to cover. Based on the bit caught on camera, it seemed like the gameplan was always for Lopez, to stay tight to Heath, but the center missed the switchback. Really impressive leadership from Lopez.
I hate that we really only get tv coverage of Mexico when they're playing the US since they're still so over matched. Hopefully we'll get to see more in the next WWC qualifying. With the expanded field, Mexico should absolutely qualify and I'll proudly take my Aggie soccer scarf to AUS/NZ in 2023!
No, they turned towards the flag which was near the scoreboard. Why would they turn away from the flag and place their hand over their heart?medog said:
92 year old WWII veteran played the National Anthem on his harmonica and several players on the USWNT turned away from the flag. Every single Mexican player faced their flag during their anthem.
Embarrassing. I'm done watching this team
As bad as the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team is for a lot of reasons, this does not appear to be accurate.

They were facing the flag near the scoreboard and several of the women that turned had their hand on their heart so it's hard to argue they were being disrespectful. https://t.co/kQmaLwHlFe pic.twitter.com/SJP8wFX1eZ
