Seems like under the new interpretation, a deflection. But I would think the offside line is draw when the Morocco player kicks it, not on the deflection.

Correct. He was onside when his teammate originally played it. Had he been offside we would have seen it taken out if the net I think.

Yes the offside line is drawn when the Moroccan player played the ball into the box.

For sure the Croatian player had no intention to head the ball towards goal but he had enough time and space to make a deliberate action on the ball.

And I agree if the Moroccan was in an offside position when the ball was kicked into the box, it would've been called offside.

Just spitballin'.

Problem on the first one is that the contact didn't make him go down. He did catch him but he wasn't going down, then dove.

He caught a piece of him and you're probably right, but I have zero sympathy for players who dive and lose their call (and I say that as a winger). If he stays up and takes the shot he either scores or it goes wide and that probably gets reviews.
