Real Madrid said Vini nor anyone else from Real Madrid would travel. Kind of weak sauce. But, ultimately, I do not really care as the award lost meaning when they screwed over Lewandowski.

It lost meaning when they screwed over Henry in 2003 & 2004.

As much as I hate to say, Rodri absolutely deserves to win it this year.

Glad to see Rodri hopefully win it. I thought he or Carvajal had a good shot since they both won some trophies recently. I would also be glad Vini doesn't win it. I saw several sites saying he was the favorite. Why, I don't know.
