Huge Manu fan here. He lost us game 2. If he doesn't want the ball in his hands, SA has no chance. Didn't defend particularly well either.

Lack of control of the def glass as a team killed Spurs tonight. No way should Suns shoot 42% and score 110.

I can't blame the guy. He isn't shooting particularly well with that thing on his face, so he's shifting to facilitator mode. He did have 11 assists, after all.

I agree though; ee needs to continue to attack the rim, and shoot the outside ones if he's got them. We cannot win if he isn't scoring.

I hope game 3 Manu starts scoring like he did during the Mavs series b/c we are missing his aggressiveness in the key. I have notice Phoenix has put 4 guys close around the key making it difficult for him to penatrate but until we hit 3's (here and there) expect this to happen.

GO SPURS GO!!!

Yeah, both teams are defending the pick and roll the same way, by swarming the whole defense into the paint. The difference is that the Suns can punish that by hitting threes and the Spurs can't, not when the guys whose only freaking job is to hit open threes [multiple off-color analogies removed] can't.
