As a Spurs fan, I like that it's basically been us & the Lakers since Jordan retired. If the Celtics win a 2nd, they infringe on that.

KG is a tool, and after listening to Allen cry about Bowen during the 05 series, I hold him in the same regard.

I don't want either of them getting "mini-dynasty" or whatever talk.

Boston fans have become too cocky in general with the success of their 3 major professional teams in the last decade. Makes it very hard to root for them...

Guys that I don't mind: Andrew Bynum and "Happy" Kendrick Perkins. I know, most people probably love Perkins because of the always present smile and bubbly personality.

I have always hated the Lakers (yes, even before Kobe) but even I find myself preferring them over the Celtics. I don't really have a problem with Ray Allen and while Kendrick Perkins is whiny, I don't mind him either. However, I hate KG, Pierce and Rondo.

KG has and will always be a complete tool. I was so glad the Bulls never followed through with the trade for him.

Once he pulled that crap I could never respect him again.

Rondo has turned out to be a good player but he looks like a damn elf and was a complete ***** in the series against Chicago last year.

Pau Gasol and Kobe Bryant are 2 of the best players in the world. they represent what true skill is on the basketball court.

Kobe is the best player in the NBA for the past 5+ years a probably top 5 all time player, Pau Gasol is the most skilled big man in the nba, and you have no idea what you're talking about.

Wallace getting T'd up for arguing the 3rd or 4th BS foul on him after getting all ball once again? Nate Robinson showing some emotion, then getting a deserved T? Although admittedly there were two early bad calls on Rasheed, that is not NEAR enough to defend him after 10-15 years of being the poster child of everything that is wrong with the NBA. That guy is the undisputed heavyweight champion of complaining and technicals. I cannot believe he played for Dean Smith. It causes me pain that he has one ring and will doubly so should he win another.

That said, I don't mind the rest of those guys. Nothing wrong with a little fire after making a play (as opposed to losing your mind every time for your entire career after a bad call).

Outside of Jason Kidd I think Kevin Garnett is the most overated POS player in the NBA the past 10 years.

He's a punk, a bully and If I was an NBA player and anywhere close to his size I would hit him right in the mouth.

Since Im not, and Im sure KG could beat my ass, I will continue to disparage him behind the safety of my computer screen.

Two years ago when Boston won it all Garnett averaged 20 points and 10 rebounds during the playoffs.

This year he is averaging 14 points and 7 rebounds.

If Dirk averaged that he would get run out of town by the national media.

Nowitski worst playoff series ever was against Golden St in 2007 where he averaged 20 points and 11 rebounds in that series......and got murdered in the national media.

the celtics don't need KG to be the primary scorer (they reaally don't need anybody to be because they play as a team)

KG is needed for his leadership abilities and his ability to be a defensive presence.

he does both of those things every game and he gives you 14-18 pts with a few double doubles sprinkled in.

I agree, I found myself rooting for LA.

For several reasons:
1. Want Artest to get a ring.
2. Dislike KG
3. Dislike Big Baby
4. Both fans are annoying, but Boston fans (in general sports this decade) have been spoiled.
