Those "old uniforms" were only about 5 years old.

The old logo looks like it belongs to an arena football team. (minus the basketball)

I like the new logo better than the old its just that I don't like the color scheme.

Both logos suck. The old logo looks too much like it came from a comic book and the new one is a repeat of an old logo.

Both logos are bad, but I'll take the new one. It's a respectable update of an older logo. Looks much better when the player numbers are in the empty space (that's how it will appear on the uniform. Though why they chose Copperplate Gothic Bold for their font is beyond me.

The old logo is HORRIBLE. No way an NBA team should have a logo like that.

New

OLD and it's not even close. The new one looks like a 6th grade art project.

Certainly an upgrade

Both are terrible for a franchise with a relatively strong moniker. The "old" one with the comic book character look-alike definitely beats the tar out of this "new" one.

All this team did was pull a philly 76ers--and I HATE their new "old" logo with a passion.

Forget classics--either stick with what you've got or come up with something new. These logos that look like they were designed in Windows 95 paint look hideous.

They should go back to the Indian headdress look. I'm sure they changed it to be PC.



Golden State Logo History

Is this really a Golden State Warriors logo thread? Oh well.

If you think the head dress wasn't p.c., check out the Philadelphia Warriors logos. Very similar to a certain crappy baseball team in Cleveland.
