The Miami Heat are the only team in the NBA to retire Jordan's #23 other than chicago.

there's a reason Lebron decided last year to switch to #6.

methinks it was decided in a hotel room in Beijing when Lebron, Bosh, and Wade were all busy being grateful for Kobe saving their asses in the Gold Medal game.

i know the sports guy mentioned something about seikaly's jersey hanging in the rafters, but their wiki page says only hardaway and zo have been retired.

incidentally, on miami's home page, they have bosh wearing #1 instead of #4.

#13 and #23 have been "honored" for marino and jordan. wtf?
