i was just going through the basketball other board on texags, and saw a comment that struck me as weird. A poster im not sure who it was said that the NFL draft did better than kobe or lebron playoff game( which is incorrect.) That was during the first round of the playoffs so it was not that important, and i think lebron and kobe weren't even playing each other. Hell even i watched the draft to see who the texas were gonna take, doesn't mean the nfl is better than the nba. To me the nfl has uneducated hoodlums who get in trouble all the time with drugs, nba players rarely are in the news. unless it about how much divas they are. take away the gun incident in washington this year, and when was the last time an all-star got in trouble with the law. meanwhile nfl players get in trouble all the time, nba players actually care about the fans, they jelp in the community more than any other league does. and they love to have fun, just look at the finals, their was not one thuggish behavior their. Besides maybe Ron Artest who is a little mentally ill. The last time a significant bad thing happened in the league was when stephen jackson fired shots outside of a strip club in 2005,(but that was when somebody was trying to rob him). NFL players get in trouble every single day it seems like.
And another misconception by white rednecks is that nobody watches the nba, yes the nfl is the most popular sport in the world, but i'd be willing to bet you that just in the past two years the nba is 2nd, and its not even close.( maybe nascar has a legit arguement.)
let me give you rednecks a list of the ratings from this years playoffs and some from last years as well.
first off let me destroy the myth that the 2010 nfl draft did better overall than the 2009 or 2010 nba playoffs lol
this years nfl draft scored a 12.6 neilson ratings which in comparsion to an average nba playoff game average 17.5 neilson rating( not including the finals), so just on average the nba beat the crap out of the nfl draft.

I mean you hate the nba, but their are more blacks in the nfl on average than their are in the nba. all white players do in the nfl is play qb and kick field goals, whats so hard about throwing a football 40 yards. not only that but it takes forver to score. the qb are rapists, and the players have no respect for the law.
Like i said the NBA is 3rd right now in terms of ratings to nascar and the nfl, but by next year the nba will kill nascar based on the intrest the nba has gotten.
By the way the lebron decison scored 30 million viewers. most ever on ESPN( for a news telecast).
The is cleaning up its image, while the nfl just gets worse, and the only reason why white people( and in genearl white women) watch the NFL is to see a black mans bodies.

Rockets games on average have more viewers than the superbowl, and in 2004 the yao vs. shaq matchup had 350 million viewers. more than 2x the super bowl this past season lol.
