Play him game 1 against the Lakers, in LA, in a game you're supposed to lose

Play him game 2, against the GSW, in Oakland, in a game you should win, but might lose.

Yao presents a much bigger advantage against the Warriors with his size. He's dominated them before. Right now, I don't think Yao offers significant advantages over the Lakers because of his foot speed and the bigs the Lakers have. i think the best way the Rockets can beat the Lakers is if they spread the floor and score with motion and transition points. If Yao is always in or near the paint, that gives LA a shot-blocking threat. With Miller able to play on the high post so well, that would take ashot blocker away from the basket.

i get what you're saying, but you have to play him against the lakers.

you can't play for the split, you've got to try and win both of those games. playing yao against the lakers gives you the best chance to win that game.

and the rockets went 3-0 against golden state last season without yao, so if i'm playing once without yao, i'll take my chances against the warriors.

I like Miller against the Warriors just as much as I would like Yao against the Warriors. Actually, I may like Miller against the Warriors more simply for how much higher the tempo of that game will be.
