All this talk about the heat winning 60+ this year and they're gonna start the season with a loss. This pleases me.

You're right it seems like Lebron is playing alot better without Wade on the floor.

Here's the problem with the heat

1) They have no PG
Now you can say "Lebron will play it or Wade will play it" or whatever. But they cannot be asked to carry the scoring load and run the offense. Unless they find some sort of serviceable PG that can run the offense and shoot the 3 to spread the defense, I don't think they can win this
2) This is the killer. They have no defensive height and they have no rebounders. That means LBJ and Wade are going to have to crash the boards and bang more than they are used to. It also means less fast break opportunities.


Don't get me wrong, this is a team that will look unbeatable at stretches. But I don't think they will be able to beat the other elite teams unless they get bailed out by the refs (totally possible).

I think they end up trading Bosh at some point next year for the correct pieces to put around LBJ and Wade.

Papa agree 100% percent. Low post defense, no true pg and identity will be the three concerns. To me, the lack of big men will is the most detrimental.

Poor Lebron.........with November around the corner looks like he and D Wade were in the giving mood......14 turnovers combined. Yikes.
