Tony has been around San Antonio long enough to realize that they only have a certain shelf life before they explode.

TMZ reported that Tony had filed for divorce. Two clerks at the Bexar County Courthouse in Texas had told us the case was filed and sealed by a family law judge.
But Eva's rep tells us Tony did not file and does not even have a divorce lawyer.
Another clerk at the courthouse now tells us she's in charge of sealed cases and says no such case has crossed her desk.

They are saying that the rumor is false.

You know Tony gets his on the road. With their schedules they likely never see each other. And lets face it two people that good looking have no chance of staying together.
I wouldn't wish divorce on anyone, but who in their right mind thinks this couple is in it for the long haul?

Assuming it would have happened sooner or later anyhow, I for one am glad it happened when it did. Eva has had a Jessica Simpson-like influence on Tony. Maybe now that he's free to philander, he'll go on a tear.

Reports are she discovered "hundreds" of texts to Tony from another player's wife. Maybe he won't be the only Spur headed toward a divorce...

The NBA locker room must be a pretty damned non-cohesive place these days the way that players are boiking their teammates family members. I would think there would be an unwritten rule about that.

Barry filed for divorce on October 29th according to Kens.
