For PF and C it would make most sense to take Howard, Love, Boozer, and Stoudemire.
Again, if you saw Duncan play international ball in 2004 (in his prime), you would know that his style does not mesh with international basketball. Even if the Olympic people wanted him, he already made a statement after the 2004 Olympics that he would not participate in international basketball again because he hated the officiating and the rules.
Durant and James should obviously play at SF. Anthony as a 3rd choice if one of those guys doesn't want to play.
At the SG, take Wade, Ray Allen, and Kobe.
At PG Paul, Westbrook, & Rose. (add D Williams if any of those guys pass on the opportunity)
That would give you:
Paul, Westbrook, Rose
Wade, Allen, Bryant
Durant, James
Boozer, Love
Stoudemire, Howard
This would be a perfect team for international ball because every player except Howard has a long shooting range. Boozer and Stoudemire would both be able to knock down international 3's.
This roster also gives you rebounding superiority.
