All you have to do is ask them what they think about the Spurs. If they say that they're a boring, old team who is no fun to watch, they're an idiot.

Why does everyone think that the Spurs are still winning games by scoring 85 points and playing lights out D? Bowen has been gone for a few years now, there's no Twin Towers guarding the paint yet and we've got Tony & Manu flying all over the court. Not to mention young stars like Blair, Hill and Neal emerging.

Seems like these talking heads really don't pay any attention to the actual games played and go off of old and tired talking points.

The Spurs problem is that fact that their colors are black and white... it doesnt get any more boring than that.

no superstars and a small market = boring team

but guess what, there are no style points in the NBA so it doesn't matter

if the spurs are good enough to win the title, they will have every chance to prove the naysayers wrong (well those that actually care enough to watch)

the spurs in the finals and winning titles is bad for the league as a whole, but if I were a spurs fan obviously i wouldn't care.
