Considering the demographics of miami and SA, they are foolish not to try to bring them into games.

It's idiotic. If you want to call the teams "Los Toros or Guerreros" then it's okay. But just adding an "O" or "los" seems like it offends both Spanish and English speakers.
Just a way for the league to make money by selling more jerseys imo.
Are there "El Celtics" jerseys? That would lock up the Mick-Spic demo.

It's stupid. Completely stupid. Why use spanglish? Los Bulls and El Heat sound stupid. Now, Los Torros or El Calor (Heat) sound awesome. The only one that makes sense is Los Mavs (or Los Mavericks) because there isn't a Spanish word for that.

completely stupid and utterly annoying. this is not a spanish speaking country. i was actually just about to make a thread on this very subject. they even have the "los bulls" jersey now. smh
I think it's kind of dumb but translating the whole thing to Spanish would be dumb too. If you ask a Spanish speaker who Michael Jordan played for, I'm pretty sure he would say "Los Bulls" not "Los Toros".
