sucks for him and the hornets...would much prefer the rockets just play well enough to pass up fully healthy teams

i kind of hope y'all take over the number 8 spot. san antonio will absolutely obliterate houston in the first round. memphis looks a lot scarier than houston right now.

It isn't like Memphis is a threat to win that series either, but it sure would benefit the Spurs to play either New Orleans or Houston.

obliterate? i beg to differ. have you seen this Rockets team play lately? there on fire. im not saying the spurs wont win the series but spurs fan need to think twice before thinking this rockets squad will lay down and not fight.

Let's just say it won't matter what the Rockets decide to do. Them winning more than 1 game in that series would be a pipe dream.

Will see. Hell, if the rockets keep playing the way there playing we might not even play the spurs. We could make a run at the 7th spot. It should be an interesting 3 weeks.

your best wins in the last 20 games were against pre-melo trade denver (when they were going down harder than bree olson) and a sliding boston without perkins. couple that with losses to minnesota, the clips, and the suns and reality sinks in pretty hard.

You can talk all you want to about the last 20 games and the losses we had, but the point is the playoffs are alot different then the regular season. I'll stick to my statement in my other post. Im not saying the spurs wont win the series if we play, im just saying ive watched enough of these rockets to know that we can play against the spurs. An i'll bet if we did play the spurs they wont win in 4.

I dont see anybody sweeping the Rockets IF they do go to the playoffs(because this playoff push is not over yet). You have your opinion though. But if your definition of "cornholed" is getting beat by 20-30 points every game and getting swept then im sorry you feel that way. I just dont see that happening.

in the nba, getting swept is a cornholing.

san antonio won't win each game by 20-30. pop is too smart to thrash a team like that for no reason.

It is very clear that Obi-wan has not watched the Rockets since the trade deadline except for maybe their one game against the Spurs.
