what a bogus tech on james jones for doing nothing.

Also, that was a hard foul, but not flagrant on Jones.

The O'Neal elbow shouldn't have been flagrant earlier, and the Rondo smothering of James should have been clear path.

3 botched calls by the refs on the "hard fouls" today.
