A while back I coined this term that I want to get into the sports lexicon. Its the term "jockademia" similar to the term academia. Essentially I was tired of Woody Paige or Mike Golic or whoever having to say "everyone on ESPN, the blogs, the sports radio had 'such and such'."

Lets just call it as it is the collective knowledge and dialog of sports contributors or simply: jockademia.

For example, jockademia unanimously picked the Lakers over the Mavs:
