Every role player stepped up at some point. Maybe only Marion underachieved for the series. Jet finally acted like a dominant 6th Man in the playoffs. Kidd hit some big shots and made Kobe work. Chandler and Haywood held their own on the boards. ****ing Peja played like it's 2004. Stevenson hit some big shots. Brewer turned game 2 around. Barea was unstoppable.

Unbelievable. Goes against everything I've been saying.

And Dirk was always looming as the ultimate closer. Danny on the Ticket said he has been visualizing Dirk as the big German soldier in Saving Private Ryan who slowly inserts the knife into the dudes chest.

Shhhhhhhhhhhhh

For the stat geeks - this is right up there with the 40 point game 7 Houston beatdown

Dallas' .740 eFG% today was the best playoff shooting in a game by a team in the last two decades.
