I don't mean through a ticket broker but through the website. I can't find a link on the Mavs website other than one explaining the lottery system for those waiting in line at the AAC. I wanted to get a playoff ticket for the next series without buying it through a broker. Anyone know?

ugh so frustrating. i had been on since 9:45 refreshing and then the screen turned from "more info" to "find tickets" at 10:00 but no tickets were available. now ive been on 15 minutes and more since 10:15 when they finally became available.

wait a minute, i'm not down to 13 or 14 minutes on game 1 . . .

In looking at the ticket prices on Stub Hub, I'm going to guess that it would be cheaper for a Mavs fan to buy road tickets in OKC or Memphis, and get a hotel (or rent a mobile home in OKC) than it is to get tickets for those games.

Lower baseline in Dallas starts at $284 right now (which can certainly drop).

You can get two club level seats for the OKC at Memphis game 6 for less than that.

Doesn't really help, but just to point out the differences in markets.

There were very few tickets available -- if you wanted them you should have been at the AAC this morning.

It's the Western Conference Finals.

Same here FOX....

If I were you guys i'd not even try for a pair. Just go for a single..... doubtful you'll get 2 together at this point.

I'm not saying it was worth it to miss work or whatever.

But cmon guys, its the Western Conference Finals - did you really think you'd just be able to hop online and grab tickets easily?

Maybe you need a different job, like ticket broker.

the only people who buy these seats and go to the AAC are scalpers

Just bought 1 in the lower level for game 2. Dad is gonna buy a single as well. Obviously won't sit together but at least i'll be in the building.

Or people who don't want to pay the extra hundred (thats being generous) bucks that the scalpers hike the price up.

Dang! Nice fox. Didn't consider trying the admiral level. I thought those would wind up being a lot more than $300, which would be right about as much as I would pay. Mine was $200 in the lower level corner.

I agree, I'm just saying that I know teams of scalpers sit there and buy up all of the tickets before any of us can get to them.

Without a doubt. I'm sure plenty of scalpers buy 10 game packs (or whatever the Mavs mini plans are) just so they can have priority access to the playoff games.

Yeah, you do always have the homeless people out there that wait in line.

I've never actually done it - only teams I've been big enough fans for have been teams I've had season tickets for anyways (Rangers/Aggies), but I rarely hear about anyone waiting in line out there and actually coming up empty - I think they probably reserve a chunk of tickets for those that wait in line.

Season ticket holders actually didn't get any kind of presale for this round or the last round.

A lot of what you see on Stubhub is actually the Mavericks selling their own tickets.
