I hate people that feel like you can't say we. Yes, we as I consider myself a stakeholder in the Mavs. Without fans their is no team. We help pay their salaries. My money and thousands of others' money goes into Cuban's pockets and he then turns around and uses our money to pay players. So yes WE as a fan base can consider ourselves part of the organization.

You really think you matter to the mavs and you're part of the organization? (I'm really trying not to laugh, but it's an honest question)

prepyag03, why did you even feel the need to make an issue out of what Judge said? Surely you know that it makes you look a bit silly. The fact that nobody is agreeing with you should be your first clue on this matter.

Do I think Cuban cares about fans' money? Yes, I do. I'm pretty sure that a person as stupid as you could figure that most owners appreciate the fans' money since their would be no sports without paying customers. I may be speaking over your head.

Same reason anyone makes a comment on these boards...the same reason you felt the need to make this comment above. Oh, and because a handfull of Maverick fans don't agree w/ me doesn't change the fact that not one of you plays for the mavericks, works for the mavericks, and other than some Maverick memorabilia you own, have nothing to do w/ the Mavericks.

You can disagree all you want, along w/ millions of other people; still doesn't change the fact that you're not part of the Mavericks organization. I'm sorry, but it doesn't.

I think we have a shot tonight. Of course there are things we have to do better than we did in game 1. We have to rebound better. We have to hit the wide open shots presented to us. We have to not let the rim become a 6th defender for them. We have to gaurd the 3 point line better than we did in game 1.

If we can do some of those things, I think we have good chance.

Us Mavs are going to come back strong tonight. We're going to hit the boards strong, and our bench is going to come out firing. I'm looking forward to us playing a better game in game 2.

Agree. Along with us hitting the boards and our bench playing better, we have to defend the 3 point line much better. They were hitting their open 3's. Hopefully we address this tonight.

I think I'm going to work with Peja and JJ, we definitely need more bench scoring.

Good to hear. We need Peja and the JET to show up tonight and knock down those open 3's to stretch the Miami defense. JJ needs to hit those open layups too. We need him to be that spark.

Being a fan and supporting your team is not what I'm talking about. It's considering yourself part of the team that's not accurate. I know your post was meant to be sarcastic, but it actually is what I'm saying. Support your city, support the team, but understand that your a fan not a Maverick.

You came on this thread to specifically post a comment about me and I need to leave? You should've never came.

Here, we can end this right here if each of you that considers yourself part of some sports team presents credentials...a check from the Mavericks, some sort of ID card, anything that shows you're part of the organization and i'll go away...don't worry I'll wait, lol.

Please show me where anybody did this. I don't recall anybody saying they were actually part of the team. I did see a "we" but any sane person knows what was meant by that so where did anybody actually say they were part of the team.

prepyag03 also thinks that the 12th Man is not part of the team since most students are not on the field nor are they part of the actual group of players. As he said just because you are/were a student, paid tuition, bought tickets, supported the team, etc. does not make you part of the team.

Hell for that matter all the players and Coach Sherman really care about is that you buy tickets because that is what pays salaries and allows the team to travel, etc.
