I've partied with him at The Loon before.

I dont know about partied with, but he does frequent The Loon as did I a few years ago. He is always cool and didn't mind you saying hello. but dont geek it up and ask for autographs, etc.

He and Nash used to go there post game regularly. it was cool to see them there together! Once he got with Crystal whatshername he stopped going out so much.

I saw him at DFW the day he was coming back from Germany? to re-sign at Cuban's house. He was chillin in the baggage claim with his dad. I asked him for a picture, and he seemed like a pretty cool guy in my brief moment talking to him.

Back in 2002, I spent a summer working an internship for ESPN Radio in Dallas. One of my assignments was working the Michael Finley Make-A-Wish Foundation golf tournament fund raiser. There were a ton of athletes and media types there.

I remember when Dirk walked in while we were setting up, he was wearing a pair of basketball shorts and flip flops. He was very nice and we chatted for a minute while I was setting up the silent auction. It was funny because he actually played the course in the bball shorts and flip flops, meanwhile the rest of the players were all in golf gear.

Anyway, while I am setting up the silent auction, Nick Van Exel walks up and starts looking at the stuff. There is an autographed Air Jordan shoe signed by none other than MJ himself. NVE looks over at me and asks if it's real, and I kind of laugh. Then he said "I'm finxing to take this home with me!" and signs the bid sheet for like $300. Right about that time, Michael Finely (who has been watching the whole time) walks up and takes the pen from NVE. He stares down NVE and then signs the blank for $500. Nick looks at him and says, "Man, you know MJ. If you want his autograph, all you have to do is ask." Then both Finley and NVE bust out laughing, and Finley puts NVE in a head lock like he is his little brother and says, "Aw, Nick. Do you want to hang out with Jordan? I'll hook you up, man." And then NVE puts down a bid for $600 and they both walk off.

It was awesome to watch because they kind of forgot I was standing there with them and were just acting like themselves.

That was from a bar in Fort Worth that they would go into every once in a while.

Used to see him and Nash at the Loon sometimes after games. A buddy of mine once drunk whispered that some "*******" behind him had a haircut like steve nash. They both laughed as he turned a little more and realized he was chest-high to that "*******'s" German friend.

And I'm guessing they were drunk for this picture too...

Not only did I get to talk to mark cuban for 5 minutes in the elevator, I got to get dirk autograph my shirt as well as tyson chandler.they are all nice people. And caron butler is much shorter in real, life than on tv

My dad rode in an elevator with several Utah Jazz players in the early 90's. Mark Eaton and John Stockton were two. When they got to the lobby, a lady asked for their autographs, and after they had signed it the lady asked my dad for his. He gave it instead of trying to explain.

Back in the day, I saw Dirk and Nash at the movies at Tinseltown in Plano (or at least thats what it used to be called). Both had hats on trying to be as incognito as possible. However, Dirk's legs were hanging way out in the aisle making it impossible to miss him. Can't remember for the life of me what movie it was.

He used to hang out on Henderson all the time back in the day. Since then he you only hear about him at restaurants and not out getting lit up.

Sat two rows behind David Robinson and his friend who took all their kids to see a movie. EVERYONE in the theater both before during and after the movie knew it was him, but no one bothered him while he was with his kids. I thought it was awesome. When parted ways in the parking lot ( my wife and I were still behind him) he gave each of the kids a big bear hug and they quietly walked towards their car.

The SO saw Dirk at 300 Bowl in Addison, and he was behind a roped off curtain bowling. They got him to take a pic with her company, and said he was very gracious.
