Second, I've just noticed from listening to call-in radio that virtually all the people calling in and defending James are black. "He' better than MJ...He'll drop 50 in game 4...He'll drop 50 in game 5...He's just deferring to the open man in the 4th quarter..."
Lebron may win this series. He may score 100 points in the final 2 games - how would I know? What I don't get is why it seems like some black people are very personally invested in him, to the point of using hyperbole.
Some of you live on talk radio. Maybe my observations are too limited. However, I fail to see how what I said is any more racist than saying that 96% of blacks voted for Obama.
