A brief background: Ross Perot, Jr. was formerly the majority owner of the Mavs. He sold his majority stake to Cuban, but kept a small piece of the franchise. His company recently sued Cuban's ownership group, alleging Cuban was mismanaging the franchise. Here is Cuban's response:
