i didnt record any of the finals on my dvr and now that nba draft is showing crap on tv, any place to download it?

I asked my buddy this yesterday, he downloaded all the games to his iPad.

He told me what to do, I did it and got a big bag of nothing. He thought I was full of crap and then retraced his step and he got the same thing, so it hit him, lockout. Basically everything that would be NBA is not available thanks to that crap. Sorry buddy, we're in the same boat.
