NBA looking to change officiating on the "rip" move

Just like the NFL, it's getting harder every year to play defense in the NBA, but I think the league got this one right. I remember Durant using this in the WCF last year and it got a no-call twice.

I couldn't find any "official" article on this, so it's got the Heat slant.
