they need a young athletic swingman. or Aaron Brooks when he's back from China. not old ass Paul Pierce.

Ainge gave up a core piece of their team for someone that isn't playing this year. i suppose it could happen. does chris wallace work for the Celtics now?

boston could clear cap space easily by dumping pierce and taking on expiring contracts, to make a run at DWill or Howard

I'd personally like to see him stay at Boston. Not many players play with one team their whole career.

Jackie macmullan from the Boston globe had mentioned a possible Paul Pierce for Kevin Martin trade on PTI the other day. I don't see why the rockets would do that, but she did mention it.
