makes total sense. or, more than likely, everyone saw this coming a mile away, the Mavs got screwed by the Lakers, and now Odom is being benched in order to get his mind right.
you get in shape by playing a full season. the more you run, the more you get in shape. or putting in hard work over long periods in the offseason. this option is neither.
