I have direct tv, and on FS Plus, 677 , i get all the pregame and post game shows for the spurs, but when the game is on an i switch to it, it says its blacked out, and i cant find game anywhere, except online, but i want to know why can't i watch the games? Also, at beginning of year i got the games, now i haven't been able get a game in past few weeks? any ideas?

Where do you live? I live in Austin and so I am subjected to all the Spurs games even though I am a Mavs fan. Basically all the NBA teams have a viewing area they claim as their own, and no other team can broadcast their games in that area (unless its a national game like on TNT or ESPN). So you probably live in another team's viewing area is what I am guessing.

You can buy the NBA League PAss though, and then you'll get any game you want to watch, unless they are blacking it out for a different reason, such as sometimes they'll black out the local broadcast on League Pass, if its also being broadcast nationally.

I live in Austin also and had to get League Pass to watch the Mavs. Keep in mind you typically get the broadcast of whoever is the home team. Last night I got the PHX announcers which weren't bad.

The cost is $169 and that gives you mobile and online access as well (you can watch on the iPad, etc).

In College Station, we get the Mavs and the Rockets, which sucks for me because I am a Spurs fan.
