It's been a little more than a week since Blake Griffin killed Dubstep by dunking on Kendrick Perkins. And now Perkins is finally coming to grips with what happened in a very chill and cool way. In a move familiar to anyone who has been embarrassed and then taken their frustration out on a third-party observer, Perkins decided to launch into a scathing attack on LeBron James. James, you may recall, was one of the 3 million people who tweeted about the Griffin-on-Perk jam. Perkins said, "At the end of the day, the guys who are playing for the right reasons who are trying to win championships are not worrying about one play. They also are not tweeting about themselves talking about going down to no. 2. I just feel [James] is always looking for attention and he wants the world to like him." Wanting everyone to like him is definitely not a problem that Kendrick Perkins has.

what a *****
he got his ass dunked on. take it like a man. I'm sure there were other players who tweeted about it, too

He says he doesn't care about getting dunked on. Yet he takes the time out to talk about it...I agree with Yankees.

now people are really offended that he said blake's dunk was even better?
quote:considering that's what his tweet said, kendrick perkins (and everybody on board with him) is apparently offended by that
I haven't read anything to suggest anybody is offended by that.

this is a huge overreaction by perkins.
lebron jumped over a guy on a dunk the night before and tons of people were calling it the dunk of the year. now people are really offended that he said blake's dunk was even better?
there are plenty of reasons to dislike lebron, but this one is flimsier than liberace at the playboy mansion.

quote:
All the people that were rooting on me to fail, at the end of the day, they have to wake up tomorrow and have the same life that they had before they woke up today. They have the same personal problems they had today. I’m going to continue to live the way I want to live and continue to do the things that I want to do with me and my family and be happy with that. They can get a few days or a few months or whatever the case may be on being happy about not only myself, but the Miami Heat not accomplishing their goal. But they have to get back to the real world at some point.”
