How the hell can I make my teammates better by practicing?

I miss him. Too bad he dicked himself at the end of his career. He deserved a better exit from the NBA than what he gave himself.

No he didn't, he was a tool. This attitude sums up perfectly why he never won a championship.

Iverson was as big of a "look at me" player as Simpleidiot's role model and boyfriend Kobe. Good riddance to that POS.

Since I'm close friends with Calvin Murphy and Shane Battier, I have had the opportunity to meet many NBA stars the past decade including MJ, Kobe, Duncan, David Robinson, basically everyone on the Rockets, Dirk, etc.... However, the nicest guy out of all of them was Allen Iverson. When I was 10 years old I had the pleasure of meeting and talking with him for over 30 minutes about life and basketball. One of the nicest guys I have ever met and although many perceive him as a clown, he is a very down to earth human being.

I'm glad to hear that, always like hearing that stars are nice guys off the court.

Wouldn't have wanted him on my team though. Very talented, but he was not conducive to building a great team. Sort of like Carmelo Anthony... you'll win the games that he wins for you, but if he's having an off night or you are playing a tough opponent in a series you're DOA.

Mark Cuban was really nice in a 15 minute conversation I had with him once. I don't think that makes him a nice guy though.

Look at the roster of the 2000-2001 76ers. That was the worst team to make the finals in this century. He alone carried that team there. In doing so he beat a team that had an in prime Big 3 of Glenn Robinson, Ray Allen, and Sam Cassell in the conference finals in a incredible 7 game series. People dislike Iverson to the point where he's now underrated.
